This All-in-One Torque Driver from Fix It Sticks (15 to 65 in-lb) has an accuracy of ±10% for tightening down scope rings, mounts, action screws, and more. You can set the torque limiter so as not to exceed the torque limit of what you are tightening. Just turn the drive handle until the hash mark lines up with the value you need from 15 to 65 in-lb. It accepts any 1/4" hex bit and fits into any standard 1/4" driver.
