The STFE15-5MNAT is a 5m natural-colour Protective Sleeve made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). This STFE-series sleeve can be used in areas of high temperature for covering wires, connectors, components etc. It offers protection against corrosion/contaminations etc due to vegetable/mineral oils, acids and alkalis, ultra-violet light etc. As an insulating material it is excellent and has benefit of resisting melt off soldering irons when making terminations. It is resistant to virtually all corrosive chemicals and dielectric properties favour it for electronic and electrical services. The tubing meets BS2848 type 6.
