The two side ribs provide a multitude of accessory mounting options with various 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounting points, as well as a standard rosette on each side rib. Constructed from sturdy 7075 aluminum, the side ribs collectively weigh just under 6 oz.
