The black Mid-sized Drum Hardware Case from SKB is the perfect case for the journeyman drummer who constantly plays out and needs a strong, reliable and easy to use way to transport his drum accoutrements; seats, pedals, supports and mounts. This case is made to take a beating with its hard-shell, rotationally molded, polyethylene construction. The removable lid is secured with two nylon web cinch straps with high-tension slide release buckles. For portability, dual roller blade wheels are complemented by a molded pull-out handle that makes navigating parking lots and stage ramps a breeze. Best of all, the case is sized to fit in the back seat of most cars.
Rotational molding is a 3-stage heating process that results in evenness all around the edges of the case. The polyethylene material is inserted into a mold, and then gradually rotated until the material sticks to the edges of the mold in an even pattern. Once cooled, this plastic material forms a strong bond that minimizes sagging and potential collapse. This case is manufactured to such high standards that it comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects.
