TC-Helicon VOICETONE X1 Overview

Add grit and intensity to your live vocal performances with VoiceTone X1 from TC-Helicon. Sporting eight styles across the Phone, Distortion, and Amp preset categories, you can punctuate a word, phrase, or whole song with a down and dirty sound.

You can mix and match the Drive and Filter controls to customize the quality of the distortion effect for your performance. You also get dedicated mic gain control, and optional mic control support for compatible products, such as the TC-Helicon MP-75. The VoiceTone X1 includes a power supply.

Chain It
You can chain VoiceTone X1 to all of the other VoiceTone singles, mixing and matching effects to define your personal sound. It also works with Ditto Mic Looper, the pure looping pedal for singers and instrumentalists. Use the Singles Connect Kit (available separately) to mix and match up to four TC-Helicon vocal effect pedals together conveniently, simply, and with less cable clutter.
Under the Hood
Beneath VoiceTone X1's sturdy, die-cast metal case, you'll be getting the same quality processing you've come to expect from TC-Helicon's flagship VoiceLive vocal processors. You'll also find a clean, quiet mic preamp that rivals high-end touring mixers, plus studio-quality analog to digital conversion. There's a USB connection for firmware updates.
Remote Mic Control
You can completely control VoiceTone X1 from your mic. Simply plug in a TC-Helicon MP-75 microphone or Sennheiser e835 FX (both sold separately). It's called Mic Control and it allows you to command both the stage and the audience.
