The LP2980AIM5-3.3/NOPB is a fixed-output Voltage Regulator designed specifically to meet the requirements of battery-powered applications. Using an optimized VIP (vertically integrated PNP) process, the LP2980-N delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs of dropout voltage, ground pin current, sleep mode, minimum part count and precision output.
