A unique and versatile prime, the Laowa 58mm f/2.8 2X Ultra-Macro APO Lens from Venus Optics offers extreme close-focusing and high-resolution performance in a compact and lightweight design. Available here with a Sony E-mount, this ultra-macro lens features a 7.3" minimum focusing distance and a greater-than-life-size 2:1 maximum magnification, making it ideal for close-up macro and portrait photography.
- A slightly longer-than-normal-length prime, this ultra-macro lens is specially designed for Sony E-mount full-frame cameras; however, it also can be used with APS-C models where it provides an 87mm equivalent focal length.
- Ultra-macro lens that can reproduce 2:1 magnification of life-size images, showing extensive details of the object in high resolution. Features a 7.3" minimum focusing distance, making it ideal for super close-up shots and capturing extremely small details.
- Designed with three extra-low dispersion elements and three ultra-high refractive elements to suppress longitudinal and lateral chromatic aberration across in-focus and out-of-focus areas.
